about me

After completing a degree in psychology, I worked as an (interim) HR manager/HR director for over 20 years. From that I discovered that every individual has underlying personal drivers in life which influences the way people communicate with each other. This plays a crucial role in the perception of being ‘heard’ and ‘seen’ by others.

Through these interactions, the fault lines we all carry with us often shine through. I learned how to inspire people and help them look inward. Intuition and experience increased my interest in coaching professionally.

my motives

I learnt as a young girl that ‘being strong’ was vital. As a result, I dared to take risks and gladly sought out boundaries, which I regularly crossed, with all the consequences this entailed. The lessons I learned from this motivate me now to use my courage to stay soft towards myself and others when I feel vulnerable. This gives me real strength and resilience to live life to the full. Something I wish for everyone.

searching together for your zest for life and happiness at work

Life continuously presents challenges, where you easily get dents and bumps. When we recognize this, repair it and turn it into a strength, we fuel happiness and purpose.

“Recognizing my own fault lines,
embracing and celebrating them
whenever I’m in tough times,
I feel the glue pull.
In doing so, I am constantly aware
of my vulnerability and simultaneously
my strength. It gives me self-confidence
and love for the lessons I have
been privileged to learn. I’m happy
to be able to pass on these lessons.”
